Here is the updated alpha. I have been working on the animation whilst the other guys have been working hard on the texturing and making it all look pretty. We are really happy with our progress. Still very much WIP, but you can see what we have been upto.

So, we got the rig back from harry and it is great. The first thing I did was to play around with some poses, to make sure he was flexible enough for what we needed.
